I ordered a mesh pool cover from them last year. When we opened our pool in late May, the water was the absolute worst I have ever seen it. It was black and had worms in it. We had to drain the whole pool. Both my neighbor and our pool guy have had mesh pool covers and theirs have never been as bad at this one. It was useless, as if we had no cover at all! I called the company and tried to exchange it for a different cover and they refused. They told me they would give me 10% off a different cover. First of all, I don't trust their covers. Secondly, they are more expensive than other companies. Waste of over $150.

Was able to install, basically without any help in 5 hours and I am 77 years old. Great instructions.

I ordered by cover on August 27th- mostly due to the great price and the fact that it would ship in 3-5 business days. Come to find out there was a small decal stating "special order" and the cover was going to take 3-4 weeks to make and ship out.

I was told it would ship between September 17th and September 24th. Okay my bad for not reading the find print.

Today is 9/28/2021- still has not shipped. I contacted customer service last wee and was told it would ship between the 26th and the 28th. I contacted them again today and now they are saying the cover will ship by October 1st!

It will be a miracle if I get this pool cover before snow hits the ground here in New England.

I went with one of the heavy duty covers. It is definitely heavy duty and sturdy. My 16 year old son and I installed it with no major problems. One thing to note, when it says heavy duty hammer drill, it means heavy duty. We burned a cheaper drill up and after we made a trip to Home Depot and got the heavy duty drill everything else was a breeze.

I purchased a cover that was 2 feet bigger then the pool just to make sure it covered well. It hangs over the sides of my above ground pool but does not touch the ground. Perfect fit in my opinion. They get 4 stars because when I ordered the web site fields were buggy and i couldn't change my billing address from my delivery address and when the cover arrived there was no tensioner for the wire that keeps the cover from blowing away In our santa ana winds. Great cover with room for improvement on the company side not the product side.

This is an oval cover by Robelle. Great quality at a great price. Received within 2 days to boot! Size is 18 x 40. Wanted 18 x 38, the size of my pool, but it wasn't available. Was concerned it would be too big because of the generous overlap, but it worked out fine. I Live in Connecticut so I need to have a durable cover and the quality is evident in this cover. In order to prevent my pool water from becoming green I depend on having a sturdy cover that holds water on top that I can drain out as leaves get in there. Provided some pics.
