I have used iTailor almost exclusively for years, but this latest experience has turned me off completely. Ordered a vest in January; I had moved in September and even though I changed the address (stupidly, you can't do this yourself you have to open a help ticket with them) the item was sent to the old address. It was then returned to the shipping facility in Michigan, where is still sits TO THIS DAY. Almost 6 months, and customer service has done nothing to get it re-routed, or replace the item, or even RESPOND to me beyond canned emails that seem to be designed to exacerbate the situation on their lack of helpfulness. Seriously looking for an alternative clothing company.
