I've only been a member for 7 days and they charged me 44 dollars. I was not informed that I had to cancel my subscription as soon as possible or they would sign me up for the monthly subscription. You guys can not do that! You can't just charge people and sign them up without consent! I also tried to contact them and no responses!

When signing up for our background reports, the subscription does outline that it will auto-renew until elected to cancel. You can contact us to cancel at any time, and will not be billed for your next billing cycle. NeighborWho provides multiple, hassle-free ways to cancel.
