So, I seem to have had an identical experience as the last person. I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 7th and had tried to contact them for about a week or so thinking I should have received my item or at the very least something saying it had been shipped. Finally after emailing, calling and leaving a message on their non-existant customer service line on their website I contacted paypal who I went through. If it weren't for them I'm not sure I would have gotten my money back. I filed a complaint yesterday or the day before and today they refunded my money. They're right up their with Shoebuy as worst company ever. I wish I had known they were such a bad company before I ordered, could have gotten the gift on time from some place more trustworthy.
