Amazon is web shopping done right. I've never had an issue that couldn't be easily resolved and the prices are almost always great.
They stink. I placed an order of an "in stock" item and was notified on the receipt that it was back ordered. Item never shipped and attempts to communicate via email and phone were futile. Now at least their site seems to be down so they won't be ripping off other folks. Paypal is past 90 days so I can probably kiss that $30 good-by. If they return, avoid this unethical merchant.
