On multiple occasions I have placed orders, my vet faxed the approval and Allivet has said they have not received it. My vet has had to fax approvals multiple times. I have sent emails to ask questions, check status, see why something is still in Rx hold, no response. Specifically, sent email last Thursday, Saturday, Sunday... no response... and this is a prescription. It's not a dog toy. I ended up calling Monday and was 26th in queue to be told they had one approval but not the other when I had been told prior they had the first one. At any rate, both approvals were sent twice by my vet and it took 10 days to go from order to shipped. Unacceptable. Responseso to inquiries should be the same day to all prescription inquiries and Sunday shouldn't be closed. There needs to be a reliable efficient method put in place. My prior vet had a link on their website to myvetstoreonline which was PERFECT. No glitches. Literally... I would place my order, get an email from the company the same day that vet approved and then another that item was shipped. It was always less than a week from the time I ordered til the time I got my order. Boy do I miss that! Allivet could use some assistance with restructuring their process to make it smooth, seamless and efficient for the customers.
