I paid for expedited shipping with a guarantee date. The shirt did not arrive on time. It was not sent with the expedited shipping, even though they promised me it was. The shirt finally arrived late, and the image was so crooked on the shirt, I would not have been able to use it anyways. The customer service was very aloof about it all.
