Sent them my ipod & pd $109 for repair & $19.90 for shipping. Missed the info on the website that they will ship repairs fedex overnight, and when i emailed them this, they promptly refunded $19.90. They received ipod 11/18 but despite promise after promise, they still haven't sent it back to me (today being 11/30). Always tomorrow, tomorrow. There is no telephone support. I'm begging for them to return the ipod, repaired or not, but still have no ipod. Conversation below:

Amazing. No reply & no tracking number. You would almost think that you have NO IDEA where my ipod is in the "repair queue" (if there is, in fact, some sort of order to your repairs) nor did it get returned to me today, as you have said day after day after day. I NEED MY IPOD RETURNED TO ME TODAY, REPAIRED OR NOT. Why don't you find it & make an extra effort to return it to me so I will stop annoying you with my emails?!

We have an idea where your iPod is and as stated previously our repair technician has it as well as 150 other iPods which is why we are a little delayed.
It will be shipped out tomorrow.

We have not stolen your iPod.
We have given it to our repair technician who is not in house which is why it is taking a bit longer than expected.
Your iPod will be sent out this week for sure.

We do not currently offer phone support which is why there has been no answer.
