I've ordered 2 rings by paypal, my location is Australia. This company sent my parcel through this UPS Global International Post like a month ago, I had paid already three payments and still no parcel. Customer service said I should contact them but Don't they supposed to find out by themselves where the parcel is and let me know where it is? Bad customer service. Furthermore, I have try to contact this UPS Global and there is not way I can make a Log In after been registered. They said my password rubbish doesn't work and now they are not answering my emails.
