Log into the site only to find they cancelled the order due to not have the inventory. Sad that I received no email letting me know and I had to log in to discover this. Call in to customer service because they charged my card $2,660. The CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS SNAPPY, RUDE, AND ARGUMENTATIVE! Never again when there are so many other sites like net-a-porter, mytheresa, and matches fashion that have top notch customer service. First and last time that I order from style.bop.com!
