Ordered 3 items on December 29th with a posted delivery date of January 17th. Contacted eshakti.com using their customer service section on their website and direct email multiple times requesting a status update. Also called their customer service number numerous times but the mailbox was full.
On January 22 received an email response:
"We're sorry about the delay in your order #******. The items are delayed due to a quality issue in the fabric lot we received and this has delayed the shipment of your order. We are working with our manufacturing team to get you an estimated date of delivery and will keep you posted on the status."
In reading other customer posts, this seems to be eshakti.com's standard canned response.
Since I will not receive the order on time for my event, I requested to cancel the order with a full refund.
Due to the poor customer service I do not recommend eshakti.com and will not purchase again.
