I saw their ad on Facebook and wanted the dragonfly ring. I've never had an issue with ordering from a business on Facebook. I placed my order on 10/12/2017 and waited. No email confirmation they received my order, when it will ship, nothing. I've emailed them from their website, messaged them on Facebook messenger, and posted on their Facebook page. Still no answer. I want either the ring or my money back. That's all.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We always sent a confirmation email within 24 hours after receiving an order. It could be that the email was filtered through a secondary inbox. When your order is about to ship, we do send an email as well and a delivery confirmation email too.
