I place what I thought would be one order for (5) items with Memoricase. The order process for only (2) of the items causing me to process a second order for the other 3 items and having to pay a duplicate shipping charge as well as none of the promo codes working. I immediately emailed customer service and received no response. The money was processed immediately. I received an email the very next day telling me that my order was processed and shipping. I then received emails stating tracking numbers. I tracked for weeks and the shipments did not move. The only status is that the pre-shipment label was created. Finally after a few weeks, the first ordered moved and was finally received. I continued to email in regards to my second order. I always get a generic typed response. I have been told that my order was received to check my front door... but they were referring to the first order and not the second. I have requested a refund and I was told no because the order processed. Meanwhile the shipment still shows the status as pre-shipment label created and nothing else. These items were ordered on 12/2/20 and were supposed to be Christmas presents.
15 emails later and I really feel like I am not going to receive the items or get a refund.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this site. This is the worse experience and customer service that I have ever experienced.
