I placed my order beginning of October. After a month I still had not received it and contacted them multiple times. Basically saying be patient. Then a month and half went by and they said my package was "lost" so they would replace it and refund me some for my time. $2 and some change was what I was refunded after waiting almost 2 months. Finally received my order today as a Christmas gift for 2 of my boys. One is damaged! I am beyond furious with them. I have emailed but after getting smart with them in my email I doubt they will reply. $70 down the drain for products and one can't even be used now.

I ordered a personalized nightlight for my grandson. The dinosaur was pictured as green on the website and showed up as just a white light. The dinosaur is nothing more than a decal that arrived scratched and barely adhering to the acrylic. It is a complete waste of money and something I wouldn't even buy in the dollar store! If I could give it zero stars I would!
I ordered a personalized blanket for my brother for Christmas on December 2, it's Christmas Eve and the usps just ran & I didn't receive it. I started emailing when I received my email it was shipped but there was no tracking information. For a few days when you click the link it said "unauthorized" few days later I got a email saying it has been shipped out, but still no tracking information. There's a red bar that says "object" but it does nothing. Another few days I emailed again, I received another generic email from Summer like some of the other reviewers said it's been shipped but all that does is go to a site that says it's in Ca. I'm very sad I won't have my present for my brother tomorrow. Unless you're ok waiting weeks for something I would not order from this company.

I ordered 4 Christmas ornaments "in memory of" and they were a waste of money! I had to assemble them myself and the quality is very poor. I would never give them as a gift. I was charged $12.99 for each of the ornaments and this is what I got. I wrote to customer service and the best they could do is to give me a coupon for 10% off a future purchase. I wanted to mail this back for a full refund and that was not an option. Please do not buy from this company! If you are not happy there is no recourse. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
Took my wife's money and we haven't heard again from them, were for Christmas presents. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I am extremely upset and unsatisfied with the candle holders I got. They looked big but when I got them today they are tiny and hard to read. I will never order from this company ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid $50 for something that should of only costed maybe $20.

I ordered a photo towel. The shipping took 16 days. I cannot believe the poor quality of the towel. This is not the worst part. The photo cropping is unacceptable. Both borders had the icons of the phone that should have been cropped off. These icons did not appear on the photo sample that I sent to be put on the towel. I have ordered photo gifts from other places without this problem. I contacted the company to complain. It took 3 emails for them to finally reply back. Their response..." sorry, but we made it according to your photo, hope you understand, thanks. Best regards. Becky". Believe me, I did not send the picture with those icons showing. Placed a order in November. Site stated that it was guaranteed for delivery BEFORE Christmas. I have yet to receive any confirmation on my order. I have sent 3 E-mails to which I have received no response. I have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER order again and will tell everyone else not to use this company.
I ordered a baby's 1st Christmas ornament. Waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. 1)The ornament came unassembled. 2) the plastic round ornament did not piece together 3) reached out to customer service explaining that they gave me two "male" parts instead of a "female" & "male" to fit together. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures. Mind you it is now AFTER Christmas. They then asked for video. A decent company would have just sent out the correct piece but no, I'm sending pics and now uppose to send a video? Way past Christmas. No ornament. Still no ornament. No refund. Will never purchase something from this company again.

I place what I thought would be one order for (5) items with Memoricase. The order process for only (2) of the items causing me to process a second order for the other 3 items and having to pay a duplicate shipping charge as well as none of the promo codes working. I immediately emailed customer service and received no response. The money was processed immediately. I received an email the very next day telling me that my order was processed and shipping. I then received emails stating tracking numbers. I tracked for weeks and the shipments did not move. The only status is that the pre-shipment label was created. Finally after a few weeks, the first ordered moved and was finally received. I continued to email in regards to my second order. I always get a generic typed response. I have been told that my order was received to check my front door... but they were referring to the first order and not the second. I have requested a refund and I was told no because the order processed. Meanwhile the shipment still shows the status as pre-shipment label created and nothing else. These items were ordered on 12/2/20 and were supposed to be Christmas presents.
15 emails later and I really feel like I am not going to receive the items or get a refund.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this site. This is the worse experience and customer service that I have ever experienced.

I placed an order and the money came from my account right away. I received the confirmation email and nothing more. I waited a week to inquire and was told that the package would be shipping and to accept their apology. This was due to lack of staff during peak season. That is no excuse. If you can't handle the orders than you should not be promoting that items will ship with 2-3 days. Now my opportunity to present what I ordered has passed as my family members will be leaving tomorrow. Unfortunately, I will not be giving new companies a chance around the holidays. I will do so when I have no expectation of time.
Terrible company running fraud. They were advertising for Mother's Day but my order never came! They are a Chinese company so my advice to everyone is not to buy stuff from Facebook adds!

I found a few items on the website that I liked. As a new customer I was offered 8% off of my total order in addition to $5 off. The $5 off coupon was immediately added and I was informed that the 8% coupon would arrive in a few minutes. After waiting several hours and noticing the sale was about to end I completed the order without receiving the *% coupon. Within minutes of completing the order I realized I had not ordered the correct item. I immediately checked the canceling policy and it stated no cancellations because your items are being prepared immediately. Resolved that I would have to "make do" with I ordered I began to communicate with them asking the tracking number and carrier and still no response. I find this unprofessional and annoying. No photos to show. Paypal purchase and I have issued a complaint with them in hopes of getting my money back

So I decided to order from this company, after seeing a beautiful bracelet I wanted to get my Father for Fathers Day. I definitely regret it! I ordered the name bracelet and when I received my bracelet not 1 but 2 of the names were misspelled. Before they shipped the bracelet they confirmed the spelling with me and STILL spelled the names wrong. I email them and they say they are going to do a rush order to get the bracelet to me asap. Well that was a HUGE lie! I have yet to receive my order and they tell me please be patient because it is a popular item. It is not my fault or concern when I ordered my item in due time to receive it by Fathers Day. They have poor customer service when its their fault to begin with. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order from this company! You will regret it!
1 star is too high. Placed an order and received notification it had shipped with a tracking number. However the tracking number never existed with the carrier and Memoriacase site to this day still shows "Pending No information from the carrier yet. You will be notified about your package when the carrier updates its delivery status." I was patient bc of all the issues w international shipping. I finally reached out to cusomer srevice via the email address on their site since they do not have a phone number and the live chat button doesnt work. I received the rudest response from customer service basically questioning my honesty, refusing to offer a solution. I was told since they cant validate I never received the item all they could do is offer me a 15% discount on my next purchase. Why would I want to place another order with this company? They refused to use the tracking number they provided to validate I did not receive my package. Not only will I be provding this review for them anywhere I can, I will also file a complaint w the BBB. Companies like this dont deserve to be in business and customers dont deserve to be treated and talked to like they have with me.

"I ordered 4 wooden letter money banks. One of them is missing one screw. And another one is cracked and missing two screws. I have attached photos. I need the "B" bank that is cracked to be replaced in time to be given as a Christmas gift. And I will need a spare screw for the "C" bank."

Update: I did receive a response on 12/05/21. They promised to ship new product to me to arrive before Christmas. If I do not receive new product in good condition and in time for Christmas I will update again.
Update: Replacement product in good condition was received free of charge on 12/13/21. Very happy with response.
