Customer of Cash App for about 2 years. I thought it was great until I actually needed help! I got a charge on my account from XBox, it wasn't mine so I tried contacting Cash App and there's a whole bunch of nonsense to go through! You can't just pick up the phone and call a live person. I reported the card and was told to contact Microsoft. That's a whole other deal. The charges were hitting my account daily and the customer service at both companies was non existent so I just kept no money in there and thought it was good until Cash App overdraws my account knowing this charge from X Box was fraud. This went on for about a month. I had some stock so I had to cash them out at a lose to try and close the account. The Chat is frustrating! I don't wish that torture on anyone. It feels like your talking to a robot! Siri is more helpful than any of the reps/robots I've had to chat with. I could go on and on but just take my word for it! The real bank is safer, and there's even a phone number to call and actually get customer service! After all the back and forth I got refunded only till the fraudsters charged it again the next day!
