Look at Trust Pilot. I never got my cards and so many people didn't get theirs and also many many people did not get paid after selling their cards. They also list a dead phone number. When you track down the real number it tells you to send them an email. Then they do not respond to the emails.

Tip for consumers:
AVOID Card Flip it is a fraud site.

Products used:
THEY NEVER SENT MY E GIFT CARDS. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS AND THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE.

Your customer service reps don't understand questions in English and repeat answers over and over that do not answer the questions asked! They keep telling me that I can't bring a checked bag when I am asking if I can upgrade to bring a carry on that fits in the overhead bin rather than one that fits only in the seat in front of me, due to an unexpected death in the family. I will call the airline. But I don't need your agent telling me over and over that my ticket is "use it or lose it" and I can't check a bag. You guys aren't worth all the hassle. I won't use the service again.
