Your customer service reps don't understand questions in English and repeat answers over and over that do not answer the questions asked! They keep telling me that I can't bring a checked bag when I am asking if I can upgrade to bring a carry on that fits in the overhead bin rather than one that fits only in the seat in front of me, due to an unexpected death in the family. I will call the airline. But I don't need your agent telling me over and over that my ticket is "use it or lose it" and I can't check a bag. You guys aren't worth all the hassle. I won't use the service again.
