They seem nice upfront, but soon after you pay all customer service needs are terrible, no return calls or emails. The owner Brad is a joke of a business owner. I purchased a $1600. 00 Willowby bridal gown. Brad told me what size to order, size 6 he said I measured. It came in and the bust was to small, it could not be taken out. My wedding was in 3 weeks, I still have the gown, new with tags. I am angry because I could not get a email or a return call from anyone.
