“No contact details on their website - customer service doesn't get back to you - order never shipped”

3 weeks and no shipping notification, have tried to contact customer service 4 times with no response. Was forced to DM them on instagram - they responded once asking for my order number and when I sent it to them started ignoring me again. What a terrible experience. Do not buy from them.
