I made an order recently, the order arrived on time and was very good quality. I wasn't 100% sure about the colour though, so I contacted them. The customer service person was extremely helpful and kind, and responded very quickly. Amazing quality, styles and customer service! Highly recommend
Warning to US customers: their return policy requires you to pay for international shipping (with tracking) that will cost you $54+. I made the mistake of purchasing a pair of pants that of course looked great on the website, but ended up being ill fitting, mis-sized, and shorter than US/European standard lengths. The company forces customers to pay for returns to Korea, within a rushed 21 day return period, and they advised that the "cheapest option" is through USPS. I had to go to the post office to return, out of pocket, and the so-called cheapest option, with the tracking that they require, was $54. That's essentially paying the price for an entire item just to send it back - $54 with nothing to show for it! They could not have cared less when I asked for an exchange or a more affordable option. Any e-commerce company should have an excellent return policy, since customers can't try on items in person. Now I'm stuck with a pair of pants that don't fit and I've wasted my money. I will never order from this company again.

There used to be a USA return option and it is no longer available. You now need to return the item to South Korea. It is not possible to return within time frame required for refund without spending near $100. To ship express. If you don't know for sure you want the item, don't risk it as you will be stuck. They do not inform of the change in return policy at checkout which seems dishonest. Found out the hard way and have yet to see even a credit with having sent poor quality I'll fitting items back several weeks ago.
Tip for consumers:
Plan to return your item to South Korea at your own expense and to not receive a refund unless item is received within 14 days of your order. This is not possible without using international express mail. Again at your own expense

To all the customers in Europe and us. all their items comes from South Korea that means you will have to pay 25 eur for shipping plus 30 eur for customs fees plus 50 eur if you need to send it back as they don't provide free return. It means you have no choice to keep their bad quality clothing! Plus no communication with their customer service.
They DO NOT design or manufacture most of their stuffs, source unknown is not a designer brand, and they dropship their stuffs from Korea. Overpriced clothing with awful quality & cheap material. If u consider to buy from them, expect to receive clothes with random brand name tags, pilling after the first wash, and fast fashion quality …etc. And it's almost impossible to return your order unless you live in Korea. Really you can order the exact same thing from aliexpress, save your money, do not buy from them.
3 weeks and no shipping notification, have tried to contact customer service 4 times with no response. Was forced to DM them on instagram - they responded once asking for my order number and when I sent it to them started ignoring me again. What a terrible experience. Do not buy from them.
If I had read the reviews here, would have never ordered a tailleur on their website.

My advice is to be aware that your order could turn into a nightmare very easily.
I ordered a tank top that was supposed to be 95% cotton. That might very well be, but there is no label to check the composition, so how would I know.
As soon as I open the envelope it came in, the smell of formaldehyde and chemical products was unbearable so I am not going to wear it.
It came with no tags, labelled Lowburn (nowhere in the website do they mention this label), and it was shipped from South Korea.
How do I prove it smells with a picture? How do I know it was not worn before, and it is truly 95% cotton, as it comes with no tag whatsoever?
Last but not least, I am not going to return this product to South Korea! I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place if I knew there was no European warehouse anymore due to Covid.
Now sending it back is expensive and very bad for the environment. No point in doing that.
It is not worth it to buy from this company. I ordered a pair of trousers and as they may look cute, the quality is not worth the $100 price. You can tell they're cheaply made. And they are certainly not worth the trouble it takes to return them. If ordering from this company, be prepared to pay for returning the item yourself. Because it needs to be shipped back to South Korea, shipping the return back costs about $30 and that's only the cheapest option. This company is ridiculous to make their customers purchase international shipping and is not much help at all if you need assistance shipping it out. Just don't buy clothes from here. It is not worth your time or money and you can find the same items from other stores where you don't lose $130 trying to return a pair of pants. Absolute BS.
The expect you to ship the item back to Korea. Zero notifications that the policy has changed and items can't be returned to the US location. Be prepared to spend $100 for a return
