I am back with the same old issues. Perpay has the worse customer service. My package was supose to be delivered on Jan 7th. When I never recieved it I got in contact witht them through their IM on the site. Here it is the 11th of Jan and I have heard nothing. Very disappointing.

I only recieved 2 of the 3 boxes that were suppose to be delivered. I emailed them and also went on the live chat. They didnt get back with you till 4 hours latter with questions that you all ready told them in the chat. Next day not till end of the day they respond again with same questions. They wanted pictures of what I recieved witch I sent last night. All day here it is 445pm and I got no response. 5 days latter I am still missing half my bed and have no answer on what's going on. Yet they take my money every week with no issues.
