Terrible customer service. They say they will return messages within 24 hours, and I have contacted them about the fact the product doesn't work on one of my computers several times, both with voicemail and email messages. I finally gave up. A year later, I found a $49.95 charge on my credit card from them to renew the subscription. Needless to say, I have no desire to renew a subscription to a product that doesn't work, so I contacted them again, and still can't get any answer from them. I have to go to my credit card and dispute the charge now.
