I placed an order which billed me twice and when I tried to call and take care of the situation I was on hold for over 3 min and then forced to leave a message. I did this multiple times and finally email them and a day or two later got a response then I wanted to change my order to receive the Second order and again called and no answer, emailed to change the order and day two and still no answer, not real happy with the coustomer service
