I was ordering some digital clock worth of Rm 65 and the seller shipped within 1 week time no issue on that, after receiving the item i was shocked nothing is inside just empty parcel then contacted customer care no one is responding and they say we are doing investigation with courier peoples. After 1 week later got mail from #scam #lazada saying your parcel already delivered. Since you cannot request to refund already. No reply from seller also what to do now?
