Not sure exactly what you mean by slow to get the mail out. Your mail center stays up to date on task requests. Our goal is that any tasks received by 1:00 PM are processed that day or otherwise the next day. If your mail center has not been meeting that standard, please let our Customer Service team know at service@iPostal1.com.
