I bought a few Ruby items for my daughter for Christmas. The Ruby bracelet came to me with two stones missing., returned it, came back with one stone missing, returned it came back fine, my daughter wore it once in her house, and a stone fell out again! That was the fourth time returned, waiting now for re-embursement. I will NEVER buy from this company again! I think four times is quite enough for them to get it right... but noooooo. Not only is it STRESSFUL to continue returning the same bracelet, four times but most inconvenient, aggrevating, time consuming! NEVER AGAIN.
