I've only been apart of this site for maybe a month and twice now I've redeemed my sb for my gift cards and had nothing but issue. The first time took over 2 weeks to receive my gift codes and this last time I received my gift card code and it had a zero balance when I went to redeem it! On top of all this frustration they expect you to wait several days to get help from customer service! Ridiculous! Time to move on to an actual survey site that values customers and rewards them in a timely fashion!
