Sonal, the service rep who answered my message, was efficient and communicated very efficiently while working on the issue. He took ownership of the problem and stuck with it until it was resolved. Sonal is a great example for other service reps to learn from.
SeekingAlpha is a great service. I have literally 7- financial data analysis apps. SA has the full array of tools and professional insights for a novice or a pro! The desktop web app is best-in-class too. No matter where I choose to access the service- I can.
Tip for consumers:
Have no worries if you need some app support, I had the best support experience of my life provided by Sonal at SeekingAlpha. It may seem expensive (it did to me) but, after using the product for a few weeks I definitely feel like I’m getting my moneys worth. Also, you likely will not need another investing app, I cancel several that I subscribed to before. This SA app comfortably replaced them entirely.
