Not sure this company can be trusted. I placed an order for 12 total filters, 6 of each size. Received only one size and sent an inquiry. After a week of silence I sent another, Maybe they're out of business, maybe not, but with that kind of customer service they definetly should be.

Thankfully we have transcripts of all email/chat contact, and I can look into what has happened. From what I understand you received one box of 6 and are missing the other 6 in a different size?
