For years I was a die hard customer of Boohoo and never had issues with orders and clothes are good quality. However recently they began to use a new carrier (Royal Mail) of which lost all 3 recent orders. It was a hassle to go back and forth with Boohoo through email. They eventually resent one order through different carrier. The other 2 refunded. Unfortunate Boohoo will no longer be the reuptable co. It once was due to this carrier.

Tip for consumers:
If their were more space to add more photo screenshots from correspondence from Boohoo. Attached are 3 photos of back and forth.
