I ordered a Halloween costume from Yandy and the website told me that it had been delivered but I never received it and when I called the company they told me to put in a claim which I did but have never heard back and it has been 2 weeks now and I have a Halloween party coming up and no costume. Then I ordered another one and I have gotten no shipping date or anything.
Hey Jayla That does sound off putting but not our process. The screen shot is of an order in process due to you by 10/28 based on the shipping method you selected Economy - Get it by 10/25 - 10/28. It think the order that delivered but cannot be located is 249667 and we spoke you on the phone 9/15/21 and emailed you a form so we could move forward. No reply yet. I did resend it. If you do not receive it please call us so we can get you resolution. Again I am sorry for the delay.
