My situation was I had major swelling in both my legs and elevating blood pressure. Urination with foam all the symptoms described on their page. My wife introduced me to Mira herbals and I am just finishing my first tincture of the kidney revitalizer. I am so appreciative to be introduced to the education and products available with clear language that's easy to understand. I can tell you my swelling is down dramatically to where only I (not my family etc) notice minor swelling mainly in the ankles from the elastic material in my socks.
