I purchased $500+ of Silver Eagles from them in July 2020 and was informed that they would ship in August. Product was delayed month after month. There is 1 customer support agent who kept saying that there were delays due to Covid. In December, I easily purchased the Silver Eagles from another company and on 1/6/2021, I requested a refund. The agent cancelled the order and told me that a check would be mailed out in 7-10 days. It's now Feb 18th and still no check. I asked the agent if there was someone else I could speak with and, after a 5 minute delay, was connected to her 'supervisor'. She told me that all she could do was request another check from Accounting, but I could send an email to their support email address, which never gets replied to.

I have been a daily user since 2009, combining orders from Amazon, eBay, Etsy and my web store. As the STAMPS.COM company grew through acquisitions and mergers (e.g., Endicia), the stability of their technical platform has gone downhill. Every software update that I have installed over the past 2 years has had bugs, many of them serious. Getting to speak with a second tier technician takes at least 30 minutes and once the bugs are identified, you have to wait until the next software release for it to be fixed. Of course that next release is likely to have its own new bugs. Pathetic Quality Assurance and very frustrating as a user.
