These Sittercity scumbag Thieves started charging my card and I never subscribed as a premium member. I never even used their service! They are a rip off and get you to put your card to even get a quote for a sitter which is insane cost and then they act like you enrolled in premium membership. They are dirtbag con artists and criminal! DO NOT USE THESE A-HOLES!

Members may post a job, receive applications to a job and search care providers under our Basic (free) membership. If a member would like to communicate with care providers on the site, it is necessary to upgrade to the Premium membership. All of our Premium Membership plans are subscription based. Once the subscription is upgraded to our Premium membership, it automatically renews unless canceled and is non-refundable, as stated on the plan selection page, purchase page, on your receipt, and in our Terms of Use. Members have the option to cancel at any time through their Account Settings or by calling, chatting, or emailing our Customer Success team.
