First of all, the agent lied to me about their policies and I ended up on the phone with the Airline after a long wait on hold, to be told Travel Reimagine had all the power with my ticket. To charge $50 USD to cancel during Covid when the airline gives you a credit with no fee is ridiculous to me considering you pay a service fee when you buy the ticket in the first place. Their staff was less than helpful, every time I called, and honestly half the time they did not seem to know what to do. I actually feel worried, giving my credit card info to the agent over the phone although at that point I just wanted to get the ticket cancelled so I never had to deal with them again. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
