I bought a shower pump that was to be used for a client however he decided he didnt want it installed so i returned the pump with no problems and every time i contacted them through the phone despite the waiting lists of 15 or more i never spent more then 15 mins on the phone (which to me was impressive). Always transparent and told me where i was with my return and got my money back. Great prices for shower pumps with videos detailing the types and whats best use for situations
