I've now made several orders from Cobeads and will continue to do so - great quality, great prices, shipping is much quicker and more efficient than other similar sites and the items are described accurately. There have only been minor issues with a couple of the items I have received but the customer service team is so responsive and has dealt with them fantastically. I've tried out some similar sites but each time several items in my orders were unavailable when it came for them to be shipped and so the whole process took much longer. Cobeads is the only site I've made further orders from as it far surpasses the others on every measure.
