Very good. Hope the products are good as well. Hope it looks just like the photos, and as good as the reviews. Hope the materials are of good quality. This is my first time. I purchased too much for a first time purchase.

I am not a timeshare or points member. When I booked one of their cheaper hotels (Days Inn) recently, the operator offered me a 3-night stay at one of their vacation resorts. The deal was I need to pay $199 during the phone call, then when I check in at their resort (choice of 3), attend a 2 hour sales presentation, then they promise to give me an Amex cash card for $200.

The Wyndham Grand Desert in Vegas was well maintained, clean, but no maid service. Kitchenette was well stocked with necessities. Poor Wifi, don't bother calling their tech service. It was a waste of time. Poor Concierge service. Great shuttle to Harrah's, every 15 minutes; Great Hskpg but no maid service unless you want to pay extra.

Well, the 2hr sales talk stretched to 2.5 and was unending. They kept sending manager after manager when the first ones failed to get a sale. Don't believe everything they tell you either. Their 2 hotels in Honolulu are not beach front, but the salesman kept arguing they are. That was either ignorance or plain lying. Also, any numbers they presented to you is not to be believed unless they give you a copy. They refused to let me have the paper on which they showed me the numbers. I asked for a xerox copy if that was not to be given away. They flatly refuse. That got me suspicious because they cannot stand by those numbers.

Another question: With timeshares, it is clear cut. They can only sell 52 weeks per unit in the hotel. Wyndham changed to point system. You do not buy weeks in a certain unit in a hotel. You buy points. The big question is: How many points can they sell per unit of a property they own? Nobody knows. Is it unlimited? Is it being regulated by the gov't?
