Their claiming the monthly service which was 19.99 would allow me to send unlimited greeting cards. So I signed up. Picked a card and dent it. About 5 days later I wanted to send another. Well, when I tried to send it Pigeonly didn't allow it stating I needed to wait for the first card to be shipped before I could send the second card. How is that unlimited. Clearly that is a limit they have set. When I contacted cust Serv they replied with this be. They said the reason is because they don't want the jail to end up returning or reject the cards just in case there are limits as to how many cards, sent separately mind you, an inmate can receive so they are protecting me. That's nonsense. First of all they should know all jail and prison mail regulations. As of today they have not cancelled my service which I requested, and are repeatedly attempting to get payment from my account. This is a bogus service and ate not professional at all

Again this is a precaution to ensure no mail is rejected, keep in mind not all facilities are the same as some may have limitations and others do not. We advise contacting the facility of your loved one directly to inquire about their mail restrictions. We are sincerely sorry you feel like you didn't receive great service and will make sure to provide more training to our agents to help better this concern.
