Unimeal promises you easy wall Pilates workouts and that is not the case! Almost 60 years old and had me attempting to do wall planks on my elbows! I said beginner when signing up and in no way we're these exercises for beginners. And the recipes are just bland throw together meals that any teenager could put together. They claim a money back guarantee but do not honor it unless you go through 14 days of the plan….but how can you if exercises are too difficult. So no refunds AND you may also be charged on your credit card for a foreign transaction fee. This app and the program is garbage!
