We too had this happen to us! My husband phoned them and talked to an agent to which she said, so sorry but there is nothing we can do. He told her he wanted to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor came on the line and she went on to say there was nothing they could do. My husband started yelling and as soon as he said he was calling our credit card company to report fraudulent charges, boom, they refunded us! No where on their site does it say anything about charging in U. S funds. Extremely misleading!
