“Do Not Get A Rental Car Via Priceline”

I recently purchased an Express Deal for a Hotel stay plus a rental car. After I received the itinerary I saw the pickup and drop off time on the car was 10:00 am. I did not select the time and it does not work for me because my flight gets in at 12:30 pm and my flight leaves at 1:00 pm. I asked Priceline if the pickup and drop off time could be changed to noon. They flat out refused. I am currently disputing the charge with American Express.
