Ordered Christmas cards in early December. On December 19th I check tracking. Label was created on December 9th with delivery with Fed Ex. Emailed customer service and said they would look into it. No phone call or email until the next day when I send another email. Was told they are sorry and understand the inconvenience. They offered to send new order. Really, it is now December 20th with no cards. I have used Minted before and was pleased with quality and service. This is not the same company and service. Extremely disappointed. They refunded the entire amount, but still not okay. I will use another vendor for my next purchase of anything personalized. Unfortunate because my daughter is getting married in 2024. Minted lost a customer forever,
