Brought a hammock stand for nearly £200 but the wood split within a few months. Requested a refund and told the would collect it & given date. Waited in & nobody came. Despite continual chasing & making a formal complaint I have now wasted 5 days (6 including today) waiting for a collection that never happens. Customer service do not read your emails properly or respond to your points. Instead blanket template emails are sent apologising & promising to do better but then the same thing happens. I reviewed on another site & they tried to respond by saying their management team was assisting me but they are not helping or responding to any of my points. Terrible company & will never use again.
