I ordered a coat in October, due to ship in December. As of mid-January I still had not seen the coat, with several emails from the company saying the shipment had come in and I could expect my order soon. After several phone calls and emails, the company still hasn't refunded my order. Now, the have the nerve to contest with my credit card saying the merchandise was shipped. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy your coat locally or from a company you trust.

We consistently communicated updates with our customers informing them of Kickstarter delays and production delays. The coats were sent.
