Applied for 18 month no interest balance transfer line of credit. Application approved, transfer accepted. After a month they decided that they didn't know who I was and sent a form to be filled out and notarized to prove my identity. If it's not done account will be closed. Really stupid, if that's a policy should be done prior to approval! Do not recommend!
Tip for consumers:
Notarized ID verification required after approval. Which seems backwards.

I ordered a$100 Gift Card for my Nephew who just started his freshman year in College. It was suppose
To be delivered in a Blue Box with a greeting Card. Instead it arrived in a white envelope without a card. Consequently he had no Idea who sent it. Impossible to reach anyone by phone as their options only allow speaking to a representative if card is lost or stolen.
