“Bottle designs stink.”

I use the Loreal Visible Lift foundation. The product is great, however after using half
The bottle, I have to buy a new one, because the pump does not work properly. The customer service rep I spoke to this morning said there's a lot of people who have complained about the same thing. Why not save yourselves money, and help the environment by not putting all that extra plastic on your bottles. It obviously is not
Working for your customers. I could only rate this product three stars due to the money
It's costing me to buy it so often. I will shop around if it's not fixed. Product is a five otherwise! Thank you, Mia
