Just using them for small personal purchases but dealing with them is getting to the point where think I am going to stop due to annoying calls and emails. Ordered using credit card and called once about an email that said I owed them and didn't make the purchase and wasn't my credit card number. Another email last week said my credit card company denied my purchase; called credit card company and said they had no denials ever for my account. Called Quill and they processed my credit card payment. Goods received today and got call about paying over phone. Called and advised that my credit card statement shows the charge as Pending. Calls and emails are so annoying … they really need to get their act together and this appears not to be just a complaint from me. Phone number of calls is listed as robocaller on line due to annoying calls. Might have good deals but I think this may be my last purchase as would rather pay more and get reliable accounting as opposed to annoying phone calls and emails. Would advise to be cautious in using them.
