Ordered a few items at Marshals online. Great application, very fast accurate delivery. Pick a few items and was on my way to drop what is not needed at the store. I couldn't believe how terrible they system was - each item was compare manually and marked (yes by pan!) on hard copy of the order. If you wouldn't have it - it means "no receipt" (they wouldn't take just the order # from your phone) and will give you only store credit. By some miracle I had the paper, so they marked each item, then enter it into the system. They informed me that I still will get only store credit because I paid via PayPal?! My arguments that they should returned it via PayPal (not even 7 days since purchase was made) or to the credit card, which was used by PayPal and I had right there was ignored. The manager show me very small print on printed order paper that say that PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, etc… will get only store credit. Not that they tell you any of this when they offer you pay for your purchases with all of these services in addition to credit card. Dishonest misinformation! It was my first and last online shopping with them…
