I had to cancel a pre-paid, non-refundable hotel reservation due to a family bereavement. Cleartrip was outstanding. The call center operators were sympathetic and very helpful. They worked with the hotel to get me a full refund within a 2 days. I received at least 6 calls from them keeping me updated on progress and what they planned to do next. I cannot complement them highly enough. My only complaint is that I cannot find a way to communicate with them directly by email to say how very happy I was with the service.
