SLOW SHIPPING, PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED. Received an email on 12/10/2021 that states I didn't select size of boot. In the picture (screen shot of my order) they sent with the email, it clearly states I have ordered a size 10.5 MENS. When I received that email I responded immediately. I wish there was a way to share/upload this picture which proves I did order a size 10.5 MENS (they even have an arrow pointing to the size selected).
I have sent 5 emails to this company asking where are my boots that I've already paid for and once again I received and email, it was stated from this company, that I hadn't selected a size. With each email (all 5) I have stated the size is a 10.5 MENS. I have only received 2 emails from them. Both times asking me for to select a size.
I have received all other products that I had ordered. BUT not the boots.
I am extremely frustrated with this company and it's lack of communication, pandemic or no pandemic this is not acceptable.
I still want the boots as they are a gift, now hopefully for Valentine's Day but I have my doubts that it will arrive in time. IF they don't have them in stock I need to be let known and given a full refund of $61.56 plus the tax and shipping charges already paid for this product.
To the company that may respond to my review.
Don't thank me for my feedback and say if I give my order # you'll have someone check into this matter. I have already supplied that on the very 1st line in this review.
I wish I had found these reviews about this company prior to placing an order with them, otherwise I would have not ordered anything from them.
